How many days of leave do I have for marriage?

You have 10 consecutive days yo enjoy your honeymoon. This paid time off can only be taken during the month you get married.

I am becoming a mother, how many days do I have until my child is born?

You have 45 days before and 45 days after. But you can choose to take the leave 30 days before delivery and 60 days after delivery.

How many days of leave do I have as a father in the event of the birth of a child?

You have 14 consecutive days counting from the birthdate.

If I am studying, am I entitled to an exam license?

Yes, you have the right to be given 2 days in a row per exam, with a maximum of 4 days per calendar year. You should present the certificate issued by the institute where you are studying.

Can I have leave for illness?

Each full-time peep under the regular contract shall be entitled to be absent from work on account of personal illness for (up to) 30 consecutive days without loss of compensation. This leave will be allowed when confined at home or hospital, as a result of an accident, sickness, or emergency absence. A certificate from a medical institution must support all sick leave, either if it’s a 1-day absence.
