Working Hours

The daily timeframe is from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ART, which means 8 hours per day.

Flexibility

This has been always one of our core values at the basement and we still want to keep it forever. Your responsibility as part of the basement crew is to be transparent and responsible with your Head of department and/or Project Manager, and keep them notified about any absence, doc appointment, or extra activity that could interfere with the regular working time of your coworkers and/or the health of your assigned project.

Lunch Time

On this topic, we trust each team member to invest lunch time accordingly and responsibly, based on their assignments, meetings, and daily workload.

Global Coworkers

Regarding the folks who are not working from Argentina, we assume that they should be able to work in sync with their coworkers for a window of at least 4 hours per day.
