Paid Sick Time
You may take up to 30 consecutive paid days per year for illness, accident, or medical emergencies.
A medical certificate is required for all sick leave, including single-day absences.
Exam day off
If you are studying, you are entitled to exam leave of up to two consecutive days per exam, with a maximum of four days per calendar year. An official certificate issued by the educational institution is required to validate the leave.

Family Leave
Team members who become parents are entitled to paid parental leave. Mothers receive 90 days of paid leave, which can be taken either as 45 days before and 45 days after the birth, or 30 days before and 60 days after the birth. Fathers receive 14 consecutive days of paid leave, starting from the child’s birthdate. and we will provide a Welcome baby gift
